“ Here is a little update on progress.
I just want to ensure the people who are asking, and those who are quietly wondering, that the development at Greenwood Loch is well underway. Progress is consistent and constant, but the question is understandable considering the location of Greenwood Loch, and there being next to no view from the main road into the holiday park.
Just sticking a load of statics and touring vans into the middle of a field has never been our aim. We are building something totally unique and new to this part of Scotland, and Greenwood Loch requires specific and precise project management. I need to ensure every detail is a priority.
The base roads throughout, and bridge over the burn are almost complete. The first 40 static pitches have been dug out and are now ready for grass seeding, and work has started for the building of our reception and shop. The tourer site is having services installed now, which once complete, will be ready for grass seeding along with the camping area.
The standard required to ensure the perfection of the site, means we have had slight delay for opening, but we know our launch later this year upon completion of the first stage, will be entirely worth the wait."
